Theatre in Education

Through the use of structured processes such as rehearsal techniques and exercises that involve the experiences of young people, theatre has positively contributed to skills development, influencing and supporting intellectual and personality development. Its application within the formal education setting allows space for the exploration of personal experience and self-reflection. The theatre training starts from the very basic level in the form of scene enactment, role –play, skit, story dramatization, plays etc.
